ABOUT SHAUN

Shaun Pederson is a successful entrepreneur who has created and sold numerous businesses as early as high school. He earned a Business Management Degree from Arizona State University and is a second generation REALTOR® with over 30 years of Real Estate experience.

Proudly serving all of the Hawaiian Islands, Shaun is partnered with Sotheby’s International Realty on the Westside of Maui. As a 1999, Lahainaluna High School Alumni, Shaun’s knowledge of Hawai’i — our Island home of Maui — Real Estate, and Business in general, Shaun naturally brings an unparalleled level of expertise and professionalism to his Clients as well as his fellow REALTORS® and Industry Partners.

Shaun was invited to be part of the exclusive Ka Ipu Kukui Fellows Program, which translates to “crucible of light”. The light that shines in each and every one of us who is willing to make a difference in our environment, in our community and in our lives. This grass roots nonprofit is a community-based program specifically created to identify and develop young leaders in Maui County. It’s a year-long leadership development program and Shaun is one of over 150 graduates; Class of 2019. This highly coveted program awarded Shaun with truly priceless experiences and knowledge for the betterment of our unique island home. It has motivated him to get involved in Boards + Committees that will have a direct impact on Maui.

Shaun’s Clients range from first time homebuyers to second home, luxury, and investment buyers and sellers from around the world. Most of his focus is on Workforce Housing and rolling out planned developments, which will directly support the Local Maui Community become first time homeowners.
