As our extraordinary VP of Operations Gale is a shining example of unwavering dedication and professionalism. With a genuine passion for this industry + bringing a wealth of experience exceeding over four decades in Real Estate she has continued to excel and has proven to significantly + positively impact our family-operated organization since officially taking on this role in 2020.
Gale ensures our multi-state operations run smoothly, efficiently, and specifically oversees strategic planning, operational efficiency, team management (including B2B partnerships), marketing, market analysis, performance tracking, financials, and so much more! Mama Gale plays a crucial leadership role behind the scenes and while she does not want or like attention, she is our shining star and true north!!
